Embrace your weird
Growing up, my view of the world was called unconventional. My dad captured it best: “The weird works for you, Eric.” Over time, I’ve come to embrace that. My career in innovation, creativity, and exploring beyond boundaries is fueled by this “weirdness.” It’s my edge, reminding me to trust my instincts and create authentically. To anyone who feels different—embrace it; it’s often your greatest strength.
